{"id":13,"date":"2020-08-19T21:39:12","date_gmt":"2020-08-19T13:39:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tpcha.tw\/?page_id=13"},"modified":"2020-11-08T22:43:45","modified_gmt":"2020-11-08T14:43:45","slug":"%e9%97%9c%e6%96%bc%e6%9c%ac%e6%9c%83","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tpcha.tw\/?page_id=13","title":{"rendered":"\u95dc\u65bc\u672c\u6703"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u7cbe\u6e96\u5152\u7ae5\u5065\u5eb7\u5354\u6703(TPCHA, Taiwan Precision Child Health Association)\u70ba\u4f9d\u6cd5\u8a2d\u7acb\u3001\u975e\u4ee5\u71df\u5229\u70ba\u76ee\u7684\u4e4b\u793e\u6703\u5718\u9ad4\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u5b78\u8853\u8207\u91ab\u7642\u5c08\u696d\u6709\u5fd7\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u6c11\u773e\u5c0d\u5152\u7ae5\u6210\u9577\u3001\u904b\u52d5\u3001\u71df\u990a\u53ca\u7761\u7720\u6b63\u78ba\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u74b0\u5883\u6c59\u67d3\u7269\u66b4\u9732\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u5152\u7ae5\u751f\u7406\u3001\u5fc3\u7406\u4e4b\u5065\u5168\u767c\u5c55\u70ba\u5b97\u65e8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:26px\"><strong>\u5354\u6703\u7de3\u8d77<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2019\u5e74\u662f\u4e2d\u5c71\u91ab\u5927\u9644\u8a2d\u91ab\u9662\u907a\u50b3\u8aee\u8a62\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8207\u570b\u5bb6\u885b\u751f\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u74b0\u91ab\u6240\u5171\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\u53f0\u7063\u74b0\u5883\u8377\u723e\u8499\u7269\u8cea\u66b4\u9732\u8ffd\u8e64\u7814\u7a7620\u5e74\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6642\u523b\uff0c\u901920\u5e74\u4e2d\u56e0\u8457\u6a5f\u7de3\u5728\u5404\u81ea\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u591a\u4f4d\u5c08\u5bb6\u5b78\u8005\uff0c\u85c9\u8457\u4ea4\u6d41\u66f4\u52a0\u5145\u5be6\u9032\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u540c\u5e74\u8207\u5152\u79d1\u91ab\u7642\u5e7e\u4f4d\u597d\u53cb\u5171\u540c\u51fa\u5e2d\u5728\u7dad\u4e5f\u7d0d\u6b50\u6d32\u5152\u7ae5\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u6703\u8b70(ESPE)\uff0c\u5728\u7814\u7fd2\u8207\u5206\u4eab\u4e2d\u9ed8\u9ed8\u7684\u919e\u91c0\u51fa\u70ba\u53f0\u7063\u5152\u7ae5\u5065\u5eb7\u518d\u591a\u505a\u4e00\u9ede\u4e8b\u7684\u5922\u60f3\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9664\u4e86\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u7642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u66f4\u52a0\u5728\u4e4e\u9810\u9632\u7684\u89c0\u5ff5\u548c\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u578b\u614b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2020\u5e74\u6625\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u5c08\u5bb6\u9858\u610f\u70ba\u53f0\u7063\u5152\u7ae5\u5065\u5eb7\u6295\u6ce8\u5fc3\u529b\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u5728\u5152\u79d1\u91ab\u7642\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u4e86\u904b\u52d5\u3001\u71df\u990a\u3001\u5fc3\u7406\u3001\u516c\u885b\u3001\u7761\u7720\u7684\u5c08\u696d\uff0c\u4fc3\u6210\u53f0\u7063\u7cbe\u6e96\u5152\u7ae5\u5065\u5eb7\u5354\u6703\u7684\u96db\u578b\u3002\u7d93\u904e\u591a\u65b9\u7684\u5fb5\u8a62\u53ca\u8acb\u76ca\uff0c\u7372\u5f97\u4e86\u4f86\u81ea\u4e2d\u897f\u91ab\u3001\u6aa2\u9a57\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u8207\u5be6\u696d\u83c1\u82f1\u5011\u5171\u8944\u76db\u8209\uff0c\u65bc2020\u5e74\u516d\u6708\u6b63\u5f0f\u53d6\u5f97\u5167\u653f\u90e8\u6838\u51c6\uff0c\u6210\u7acb\u53f0\u7063\u7cbe\u6e96\u5152\u7ae5\u5065\u5eb7\u5354\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u767c\u8d77\u4eba\u66a8\u7406\u4e8b\u9577 \u8607\u672c\u83ef<br>2020\u5e746\u6708<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-font has-custom-weight\" style=\"font-family:Arial;font-weight:bold;font-size:26px\">Association Introduction<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taiwan Precision Child Health Association (TPCHA) is a legally established, non-profit social organisation bringing together aspirational academic and medical professionals with the aim of establishing, for the general public, the following: correct guidelines regarding children&#8217;s growth, exercise, nutrition and sleep; reducing exposure to environmental pollutants; promoting children&#8217;s physical and psychological development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-font has-custom-weight\" style=\"font-family:Arial;font-weight:bold;font-size:26px\">Association Origins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2019 is an important moment in the 20-year history of cooperation between the Genetic Counseling Centre of the Chung-Shan Medical University Hospital and the Taiwan National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences at National Health Research Institutes, for the purpose of environmental hormone exposure tracking research. Over the course of the last two decades, many experts and scholars from different fields have been coming together with the aim of exchanging experiences and achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the same year, several colleagues and I attended the European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) in Vienna. During this conference, I became inspired and filled with the desire to try to do something more for the health of children in Taiwan. Besides clinical practice, I realised that we should be paying more attention to the concept of disease prevention and correct lifestyle for Taiwanese children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the spring of 2020, more experts have been willing to devote their efforts to improving the health of children in Taiwan. Therefore, in addition to paediatric medical care, we have been bringing together experts in the fields of sports, nutrition, psychology, public health, and sleep, in order to establish the first TPCHA initiative. After numerous consultations and requests, we have many elites from Western and Chinese medicine, laboratories, research and industry.
